Stallion Scouts (Open) is a Rover Scout unit based in South Area, under the Singapore Scouts Association. Guided by our unit’s core values of Safety, Unity and Impact, and Scout Values, we aim to develop youths to be driven and committed, in being constructive citizens of the world.
