A community tribute was held specially with the Singapore Scouts association, which saw representatives from every area and district coming down to the People's Association Headquarters. As a mark of respect, scouts stand at attention and saluted; followed by a bow and the exit from the tribute venue. A 17 minute video was shown to the entire contingent to recognise the efforts and achievements that our late founding father of Singapore has put into the nation.
